All bags are hand crafted with care and attention to detail. Colours and shapes of all bag images may differ from their original appearance for photo-technical reasons.

Unique copies:

All items are unique copies. The presentation of these products is not legally binding but an online catalogue for information only and without obligation. An ordered item will no longer be published on this website. The availibility of any bag is not guaranteed.

Order:

If you place an order by clicking the button »send order« you agree to a legally binding purchase according to BGB. If an item is not available anymore yo will be offered an equivalent bag.

Delivery:

Please check the goods for damages immediately upon its receipt. In case of damage please hand over a written complaint directly to the carrier. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted for refund. Delivery will take place uninsured unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Payment:

All prices stated are net prices and charged without VAT due to small business law as defined in §19 UStG. Cash advanced payment is required. Your order will be shipped immediately on receipt of payment.

Return policy:

Unused bags in saleable condition may be returned to Ruth Moser, Paarweg 10, 86316 Friedberg, Germany, according to § 312 d BGB in conjunction with § 355 BGB. General principles prevail such as:

a) You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days of delivery without providing any reasons using a form of text (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item, unless you placed the order in respect of acting in a corporate capacity or in a capacity as self-employed professionals (entrepreneurs). In order to keep the time limit for withdrawal it is sufficient to either send a notification or return the item within the correct time frame. With notification of withdrawal you are obliged to return the original items complete and unused.

b) In case of a valid withdrawal the efforts received by both sides must be returned as well as any additional benefits (e.g. interest) that might have arisen. If you cannot return, totally or partially, the received benefits or only in worse condition you must provide compensation. However, you can avoid compensation if the item is returned unused and in the original condition.

Privacy:

With each order customer details as name, address and e-mail need to be collected and stored to facilitate transactions and complaints. Ruth Moser will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
